This version of the park is a lot more lenient with the format of the sprites, but they are generally restricted to 32px square for each frame (or some other power of two, square), and there will need to be frames for the four cardinal directions (up, down, left, right). HeartGold has an overworld sprite base for every pokemon through Gen 4, and you can certainly use the overworld trainer sprites as a base for community members. Community member sprites, custom pokemon sprites for TPP pokemon, sprites for hosts, whatever strikes you fancy. So, if anyone wants to make custom overworld sprites, I'll be happy to accept them.
